CA Ventures is seeking a seasoned real estate professional to lead our asset management efforts. As Vice President, Asset Management, you will be responsible for driving value and managing risk through the generation and implementation of asset strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of assets to execute business plans and maximize investor returns
  • Direct operations teams to drive optimal performance
  • Represent and lead Anthology relationships with institutional investors and lenders
  • Evaluate investment and property operating performance and work with the operations team to realign as necessary
  • Prepare strategic asset reviews and hold/sell analyses and present recommendations to the executive team
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of prior real estate asset management and investment analytical experience
  • 4+ years of prior Senior Living/Senior Housing real estate experience
  • Experience in budgeting, data modeling, Real Estate finance and advanced data analytics
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Suite
