As a Senior Asset Manager at Ca Ventures, you will be responsible for driving value and managing risk through the generation and implementation of asset strategies. You will manage a portfolio of assets to execute business plans and maximize investor returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive value and manage risk through the generation and implementation of asset strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of assets to execute business plans and maximize investor returns
  • Direct operations teams to drive optimal performance
  • Represent and lead Anthology relationship with both institutional investors and lenders
  • Monitor the investment from the development stage through disposition
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years of prior real estate asset management and investment analytical experience
  • 4+ years of prior Senior Living / Senior Housing real estate experience
  • Experience in budgeting, data modeling, real estate finance, and advanced data analytics
  • Extensive experience with the entire Microsoft Suite
