Compensation and Benefits Manager Job Description
About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Kion Group Ag. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a C&B strategy that aligns with our HR and business goals.
- Provide research and analytical support for compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Design and implement local HR programs related to C&B, including policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Analyze and conduct job evaluations to ensure correct classification and compensation ranges.
- Lead or participate in reporting and/or audits related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- Expertise in compensation and benefits with a deep understanding of local laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
