We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As an Administration Support Specialist for Financial Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customer-facing colleagues by resolving complex issues related to contracts and other financial matters.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of problems, liaising with partners and stakeholders as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in German and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in administrative or back-office roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and autonomous working skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Passion for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
- Valid Spanish work permit required.
