Process Improvement Manager

As a Process Improvement Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by optimizing our logistics processes. You will be responsible for driving large-scale programs and products that deliver a positive impact on our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Review daily process defect data, identify root causes, and develop action plans to improve quality performance.
- Collaborate with site operations and central teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Gain expertise in key transportation process paths and exception handling to ensure process discipline across all shifts and departments.
- Perform daily process audits in sortation centers to ensure adherence to PMVs and SOPs.
- Conduct regular reviews of quality metrics with site leadership and establish effective communication channels for sharing quality-related updates and best practices.
- Transportation or Supply Chain experience in a high-volume logistics environment.
- Project Management experience and proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience querying relational databases using SQL.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Python or other programming languages with strong data analysis skills.
