About the Role

As a Project Engineer: Continuous Improvement at BD, you will be responsible for leading projects to ensure that planning, timing, and budget targets are achieved. This will involve leading international multi-functional projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and drive projects within set timelines, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with various functions to ensure project success, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conduct engineering studies for new processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Validate new processes and ensure compliance with industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance and support.
About You

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree or equivalent, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
