Process Improvement Manager

As a Process Improvement Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by optimizing our logistics processes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them, ensuring that our transportation network is robust and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily process audits to identify defects and develop action plans to address them.
- Collaborate with site operations teams to implement quality-related initiatives and provide proactive feedback on quality issues.
- Gain expertise in key process paths and exception handling, ensuring process discipline across all shifts and departments.
- Perform regular reviews of quality metrics with site leadership, including concessions, damages, DEA, returns, and scan compliance.
- Establish effective communication channels for sharing quality-related updates and best practices within assigned sites/region.
- Demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the customer experience, both internal and external.
- Travel to sortation centers to collaborate with site teams and promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in thorough root cause analysis to devise solutions and prioritize opportunities for sustainable network enhancements.
- Maintain adaptability and responsiveness to evolving business priorities, embracing new ideas.
- Effectively influence stakeholders and negotiate priorities with partner teams.
