Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in leading a team, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality and productivity. You will also work closely with your colleagues to address challenges and implement process improvements.

- Analyze and implement corrective actions to improve quality and productivity
- Support and lead a team and handle administrative work
- Analyze performance and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
As an Area Manager, you will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency.
Your days will be filled with prioritizing routine team management and daily operational tasks, as well as individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
You will work closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we meet our customer demands and targets.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis
Preferred qualifications include experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership, experience in a logistical working environment, and experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment.
