About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in one of our Fulfillment Centers (FC) or Delivery Stations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient delivery of products to customers worldwide, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, operations)
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in logistics or operations
  • Ability to work in a non-traditional shift pattern, including nights and weekends
