About the Role

As a key member of our Pricing, Contracts Governance and Compliance Team, you'll be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives across our product portfolio. Your expertise will help us maximize margins and drive profitability in the European market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a Country, Customer, and contract level, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making and analysis
  • Analyze sales deals to validate profitability data and calculations before signing a contract
  • Contribute to and lead margin optimization initiatives in alignment with the Finance Director and key stakeholders
  • Create a Profitability Playbook to enable profitable and sustainable growth in Europe

Requirements

  • Several years of international experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Experience with pricing analytics and modeling techniques, including data analysis and manipulation using data analytics tools
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Fluent English in written and spoken
