About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Margins Optimization Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Pricing, Contracts Governance and Compliance Team, you will be responsible for maximizing margins and driving profitability for our European sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy to maximize profitability, in alignment with business objectives (growth) and customer needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a Country, Customer, and contract level, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making and analysis.
  • Analyze sales deals to validate profitability data and calculations before signing a contract.
  • Contribute to and Lead margin optimization initiatives in alignment with the Finance Director and the key stakeholders of the commercial teams.
  • Create a Profitability Playbook which, along with the Sales Growth Playbook being already executed across the commercial team, will enable a profitable and sustainable growth in Europe.
Requirements
  • Several years of international experience in pricing, revenue management or related roles.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Experience with pricing analytics and modeling techniques.
  • Fluent English in written and spoken.
