CHEP, a leading supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a seasoned Global Human Resources Business Partner to join its international team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in human resources management to drive business growth and support the company's vision of delivering innovative solutions to its customers.

As a Global Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to large business teams across the globe. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Providing total and complete support to large teams in different functions
  • Coordinating and supporting HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in geographies or functions
  • Advising and coaching directors/managers on talent management and career paths to develop their teams through capability uplift and engagement
  • Leading talent processes for Band 1 and 2 and supporting in Band 3
  • Influencing managers to ensure compliance with existing policies and effective people management to avoid legal cases in the future
  • Partnering with the business to develop and implement people and organizational solutions to influence the culture and performance of the business
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all employees regarding HR matters
  • Supervising and processing job changes
  • Supervising and coordinating temporary contracts
  • Coordinating off-boarding processes
  • Partnering and supporting Employee Relations Managers on employee relations issues
  • Providing support to regional recruitment when required, including performing additional interviews, solving difficult conversations, advising managers, and supporting internal candidates
  • Developing knowledge and/or expertise on Labor Relations, Payroll, Talent & Development, and Recruitment, and being able to lead conversations with COEs
  • Providing support and training for annual HR processes, including Optimizing Performance, Annual Salary Review, Talent Reviews, and Pulse Surveys
  • Leading/participating in local HR projects and participating in international HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to break silos (Pulse Together, Age+, Wellbeing, Top Employer, Eco-Laboration, etc.)
  • Being responsible for the rollout and administration of HR programs, including roadshows, live meetings, and training
  • Conducting new manager assimilation sessions
  • Representing HR in field compliance audits
  • Performing additional duties and projects as assigned

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' related experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in administering and explaining HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with end-user customer support and training
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday
  • Desirable: experience in multinational companies

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
