We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Europcar Mobility Group, a leading player in the mobility market. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Job Summary:

In your capacity as an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including talent acquisition and recruitment processes, employee onboarding and training initiatives, and support with HR-related queries. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to maintain accurate employee records and act as a point of contact for employees' queries.

The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations run effectively and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal and external roles, leveraging your expertise to source top talent and manage the entire hiring process.
  • Oversight of employee onboarding and organization of training and development initiatives, designed to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide timely and professional support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, opportunities for development, data changes requests, and more.
  • Promote HR programs aimed at creating a seamless and efficient workplace where issues are swiftly addressed.
  • Gather and analyze data using valuable HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Update Talent Management tools within your scope of responsibility, streamlining HR processes and improving data accuracy.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed, providing insights into key HR trends and statistics.
  • Ad-hoc support with budget monitoring and payroll, ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Elevate job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, fostering a positive work environment and high employee morale.
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations, guaranteeing adherence to relevant laws and standards.
  • Prepare essential documents throughout the employee lifecycle, including offer letters, data change letters, and end-of-season communication for seasonal workers.
