Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at BASF. As a key member of our sales and logistics team, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
* Apply commercial policy effectively using IT tools and established processes in collaboration with the customer service team.
* Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices and credit notes in line with corporate procedures and current tax regulations.
* Maintain and update customer master data, incorporating relevant information received from sales teams and customers.
* Manage customer product returns, working closely with the sales team, customers, and logistics providers.
* Document and maintain records of customer complaints related to unused products, ensuring adherence to corporate procedures.
* Oversee the daily operation of the consignment process in SAP to ensure accuracy.
* Participate in annual physical inventory checks and ensure that stock levels in our systems match BASF SE and Agro BV figures, including monitoring aging stock.
* Support the Iberian Supply Chain Manager in coordinating activities related to refilling, repackaging, and relabeling as per country-specific decisions, including checking monthly forecasts.
* Issue and track orders and deliveries for third-party products, proactively notifying the marketing team of product needs.

Qualifications
* University Degree in a relevant field.
* Language of assigned customer base and proficient English language skills orally and in writing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and international network.
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP, PC skills, and MS Office programs.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
