We are a leading company in the Laboratory Chemicals Division, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for representing and introducing our Laboratory Chemical Products Brand portfolio to direct customers in a defined territory to gain market share.
Key Responsibilities- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a full understanding of the capabilities of our company under the brands Thermo Scientific, Fisher Chemical and BioReagents, Acros Organics, Alfa Aesar and Maybridge.
- Sales Performance: Create large opportunity leads and actively follow up quotations with the aim of maximizing numbers and conversion rates.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer connection, performance to targets, project progress, etc.
- Time Management: Effectively plan your time to maximize impact.
- Account Management: Onboard new accounts and maintain high ethical standards to support a professional business code of conduct.
- Educational Background: Educated to an academic degree level, preferably in chemistry.
- Work Experience: Preferred 1st sales experience in any market with direct customer contact.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work as a team member, excellent inter-personal skills, tenacity and determination to exceed targets.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (+ local language = Spanish). Portuguese speaker is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Very good MS-Office skills.
