We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and maximizing visibility for our products in retailers.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandising and Sales Execution: Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through effective merchandising techniques, including point-of-buy materials placement and implementation.
- Promotional Activities: Implement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Commercial Experience: Proven sales experience in the FMCG/CPG industry, with a strong understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Language Skills: Valuable level of English language proficiency.
- Residency and Driving License: Residency in the province and a valid driving license are essential requirements for this role.
