Candela Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations in a particular region, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your assigned territory, develop strategy to enhance Candela's business in the region.
- Identify key opinion leaders, acquire new customers, manage existing business.
- Launch new products and services.
- Achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Segment the market and define key customers.
- Work out a yearly business and marketing plan.
- Adapt to sales policies and procedures.
- Implement sales policies in your assigned territory.
- Present Candela products in a professional, knowledgeable, and sincere manner.
- Interact professionally with physicians, allied healthcare personnel, and other laser users.
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends.
- Use forecasting tools to analyze and follow customer portfolios.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to determine sales priorities.
- Submit sales reports and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Support clinical efforts and follow up on company-generated leads.
- Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences, and conventions.
- Manage workshop logistics and agenda.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inform customers about existing and new Candela products.
- Offer Candela's service policies.
- Adapt to marketing policies and procedures.
- Suggest event organization with Marketing.
- Propose attendees for congresses.
- Interact with other departments to collect and share customer information.
- Report significant data into sales tools.
- Follow key sales indicators: revenue, market share, and qualitative developments.
- Collect information about market trends and dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas.
