About the Role

Candela Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations in a particular region, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your assigned territory, develop strategy to enhance Candela's business in the region.
  • Identify key opinion leaders, acquire new customers, manage existing business.
  • Launch new products and services.
  • Achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Segment the market and define key customers.
  • Work out a yearly business and marketing plan.
  • Adapt to sales policies and procedures.
  • Implement sales policies in your assigned territory.
  • Present Candela products in a professional, knowledgeable, and sincere manner.
  • Interact professionally with physicians, allied healthcare personnel, and other laser users.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report market trends.
  • Use forecasting tools to analyze and follow customer portfolios.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to determine sales priorities.
  • Submit sales reports and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Support clinical efforts and follow up on company-generated leads.
  • Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences, and conventions.
  • Manage workshop logistics and agenda.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inform customers about existing and new Candela products.
  • Offer Candela's service policies.
  • Adapt to marketing policies and procedures.
  • Suggest event organization with Marketing.
  • Propose attendees for congresses.
  • Interact with other departments to collect and share customer information.
  • Report significant data into sales tools.
  • Follow key sales indicators: revenue, market share, and qualitative developments.
  • Collect information about market trends and dynamics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas.
