About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Robinsun. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers complete their online sales process and understand how our products can help them generate their own renewable energy for self-consumption, saving them money on their power bills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our sales team to drive up our topline and gather valuable insights into customer behavior
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to create empathy with customers and deliver excellent results under time constraints
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are always one step ahead

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (phone, online, in-person)
  • Experience working in early-stage D2C tech companies or PV installation companies is a plus
  • Strong motivation to work in a startup environment
  • University degree
  • Solid knowledge of CRMs, Google Workspace, and Slack required
  • Native Spanish from Spain, good conversational English for internal use
