Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their unique challenges and needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in the building technology industry
  • Strong understanding of value propositions and ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
