Sales Representative

Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share in Spain.
- Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales activities and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in a commercial environment, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
