Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Spain.
- Manage and develop relationships with key customers, understanding their unique challenges and context.
- Map customer networks, identify opportunities, and create customized plans to address customer needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Excel in a commercial environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and driving multiple sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
- Understanding of value propositions and ability to add value to customer needs.
- Clear and measurable technical/sales background demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
- Effective communicator both internally and externally.
- Ability to build, negotiate, and close long-cycle sales.
