Job Description

Maersk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Spain. As an Integrated Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth for our medium impact client base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the product team to propose end-to-end services that meet customer needs and pain points.
  3. Business Development: Pursue and secure new business opportunities in line with corporate and regional objectives.
  4. Consultative Selling: Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying customer needs and suggesting solutions.
  5. Market Research: Research and analyze competitive and industry trends to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong understanding of the Spanish market and customer needs.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and structured environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
