About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our Digital Media and Adtech sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Southern Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Manage and grow a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on digital media and adtech.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic and adtech media industry, including key players and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
