About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Blu Selection as a Digital Marketing Customer Advisor, working with a multinational corporation that prioritizes employee development and career growth. As part of their international team, you will have the chance to collaborate with talents from over 80 nationalities and make a valuable contribution to their success.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Customer Advisor will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers through chat, email, and phone
  • Offering pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
  • Providing product and tool support to enhance clients' experiences

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of Dutch or Flemish and fluent English (at least B2-C1)
  • Previous experience in customer service and social media marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation, reliability, and commitment to your work
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism

What We Offer

  • Salary conditions: €1,040 gross/month (including free accommodation) or €1,298 gross/month (excluding accommodation)
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months
