Responsibilities
• Achieve annual sales objectives for assigned health private accounts by leveraging relationships and prospecting for new customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external health private customers and partners.
• Formulate comprehensive key account plans to build and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and ensure sales opportunities through customer impacts and support other Business Units to gain product access in key private accounts.
• Prioritize and manage accounts by assessing business opportunities and make changes as needed to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
• University degree and MBA/Postgraduate highly valuable.
• 3 years of experience in Marketing & Sales in Health/Pharmaceutical environment and 2 years' experience in account management.
• Strong client relationship management, strategic account planning, communication and negotiation skills, financial and analytical acumen, project management and organization skills.
