Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Leader für unser neues Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für dein Team bist du verantwortlich für die Verkaufsziele und -quoten. Du coachst und begleitest deine Kollegen und unterstützt das Lead-Management, den Aufbau von Verkaufspotenzialen und die Geschäftsabschlüsse.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung eines Teams von 10-15 Account Manager:innen für den digitalen Vertrieb
  • Unterstützung des Lead-Management, des Aufbaus von Verkaufspotenzialen und der Geschäftsabschlüsse
  • Analyse von KPIs, um Verbesserungsstrategien zu entwickeln
  • Festlegung von Verkaufszielen und deren Verfolgung
  • Förderung des Vertriebs und der Kundenbeziehungen zur Erreichung der individuellen Ziele
  • Entwicklung eines umfassenden Verständnisses der SoftwareOne-Dienstleistungen und -Lösungen und Coaching des Teams
  • Beteiligung von Solution Architects bei Bedarf, um optimale Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Pflege und Implementierung von Best-in-Class-Tools und -Prozessen
  • Funktion als Eskalationspunkt für das Team
  • Arbeit mit dem Alliances-Team bei der Entwicklung von Marketingmaterial
Voraussetzungen
  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet (Master-Abschluss bevorzugt)
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Vertrieb
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten, Verkaufsprozesse von der Planung bis zum Abschluss voranzutreiben
  • Starke Führungsqualitäten, einschließlich Coaching und Personalentwicklung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertriebsprognosen und Datenanalyse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, in Deutsch und Englisch
