Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Leader für unser neues Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für dein Team bist du verantwortlich für die Verkaufsziele und -quoten. Du coachst und begleitest deine Kollegen und unterstützt das Lead-Management, den Aufbau von Verkaufspotenzialen und die Geschäftsabschlüsse.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Leitung eines Teams von 10-15 Account Manager:innen für den digitalen Vertrieb
- Unterstützung des Lead-Management, des Aufbaus von Verkaufspotenzialen und der Geschäftsabschlüsse
- Analyse von KPIs, um Verbesserungsstrategien zu entwickeln
- Festlegung von Verkaufszielen und deren Verfolgung
- Förderung des Vertriebs und der Kundenbeziehungen zur Erreichung der individuellen Ziele
- Entwicklung eines umfassenden Verständnisses der SoftwareOne-Dienstleistungen und -Lösungen und Coaching des Teams
- Beteiligung von Solution Architects bei Bedarf, um optimale Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen
- Pflege und Implementierung von Best-in-Class-Tools und -Prozessen
- Funktion als Eskalationspunkt für das Team
- Arbeit mit dem Alliances-Team bei der Entwicklung von Marketingmaterial
- Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet (Master-Abschluss bevorzugt)
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Vertrieb
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten, Verkaufsprozesse von der Planung bis zum Abschluss voranzutreiben
- Starke Führungsqualitäten, einschließlich Coaching und Personalentwicklung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertriebsprognosen und Datenanalyse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, in Deutsch und Englisch
