Papernest è una società leader nel settore della gestione dei contratti, con oltre 1,5 milioni di utenti soddisfatti. Come Sales Team Leader SMB, sei responsabile della gestione di un team di Inside Sales & Account Manager, con l'obiettivo di raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi mensili.

Responsabilità
  • Gestire un team di Inside Sales & Account Manager
  • Creare e mantenere la coesione del team
  • Creare e mantenere routine per il team
  • Colloqui semestrali con i membri del team
  • Partecipazione al processo di assunzione dei futuri membri del team
  • Gestire le performance del team
  • Analizzare i KPIs
  • Monitorare i risultati individuali e di squadra
  • Supporto e guida del team verso l'eccellenza
Profilo Richiesto
  • Disponibilità a partire da giugno
  • Competenze linguistiche: italiano madrelingua - inglese fluente
  • Almeno due anni di esperienza in vendite B2B
  • Precedente esperienza in ruoli di coaching/management
  • Leadership e mantenimento di un atteggiamento positivo
  • Visione strategica, capacità di risolvere problemi e migliorare i processi
