About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector. As a key member of our business team, you will play a vital role in driving commercial growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with large accounts in the hospitality industry.
  • Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Client Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Economic Service Proposals: Prepare, present, and discuss economic service proposals with clients.
  • Additional Services: Offer additional services to existing clients to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Implementation: Collaborate with the onboarding department to ensure seamless project implementation.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Proven commercial experience in acquiring large accounts in the hospitality sector.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office tools and experience using CRM software.
  • Language Skills: Advanced level of English and Spanish, with Catalan proficiency a plus.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
