Business Development Intern

At Celonis, we're looking for a talented Business Development Intern to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our international team of Business Development Managers and Account Executives in mapping and searching for potential customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable data
  • Executing on assigned training and marketing activities to drive sales growth
  • Presenting and reporting progress to Sales leaders to ensure growth results
  • Prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
  • Driving sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for the field sales team

As a Business Development Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work with industry-leading process mining technology and develop your skills in sales, marketing, and operational roles. Key qualifications include:

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Ability to think analytically and work in a structured manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and interest in working with different IT tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and at least one additional language
