Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Specialist - German Language, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Germany and Austria. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound service requests via phone, email, and live chat
• Accurately log all issues and status updates in our internal tracking system
• Understand client business objectives and apply expertise to resolve issues and ensure customer success
• Reconcile invoices and explain charges to customers
• Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges as needed
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with cloud solutions such as Microsoft O365 and Adobe
• Collaborate with various departments and vendors to provide timely resolution on issues
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and/or Azure is an advantage
• Ability to prioritize user requests effectively and manage user expectations
• Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced working environment
• Passion for driving exceptional customer experience
• Previous experience troubleshooting and debugging SaaS cloud solutions is an asset
