Dutch Customer Service Representative for Webhelp Spain

Webhelp Spain is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dutch speaking Advisor to join our team in Malaga.
We are looking for individuals with native level Dutch language skills, strong writing abilities, and computer literacy. If you are confident on the phone, working with emails, and chat, this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your career.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, email support, and social media engagement. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers receive a positive experience every time they interact with us.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be required to follow established processes and procedures, work collaboratively as part of a core unit, and strive to achieve set goals. This is a full-time role, requiring 39 hours of work per week.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in English, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. We offer a competitive salary, attractive benefits package, including paid training, relocation assistance when applicable, and a generous vacation policy.

What We Offer:
