Job Description

As a key member of our guest experience team at Recruit4Work Sl, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and assistance to visitors from the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally via phone.
  • Provide accurate information about park attractions, events, and amenities to enhance guests' experiences and maximize their enjoyment.
  • Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized work environment, including the cleanliness and tidiness of the workspace.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Your Profile:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications for data entry, ticketing, and reservation management.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus system, referral program, opportunities for career advancement and professional development, and a dynamic and inclusive work environment with a diverse team of colleagues.
