About the Job

As a Global Account Hunter at goFLUENT, you will be responsible for developing our market territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision-makers, and providing proposals to close meetings. You will also qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts
  • Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals
  • Participate in exhibitions and events
  • Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts

Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English is a must. Italian or Spanish is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Good to have SaaS and international experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable
  • Active on social media in a business context
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus
