Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team, with a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development in the healthcare industry, particularly in orthopedics or sports medicine. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years of leadership experience, and be proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets, manage pricing strategy, and oversee marketing activities and budget.
  2. Market Insight: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and local market developments to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute 3-5 year plans covering portfolio, segmentation, pricing, and sales force effectiveness, providing accurate forecasts and presenting sales/expense plans.
  4. Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  5. Product Expertise: Ensure the sales team has up-to-date product knowledge and represents the company at events.
  6. Compliance: Maintain high standards for compliance, quality, safety, and regulatory practices.
