The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the H-D Brand and its values
- Assist customers with bespoke and exceptional service
- Manage customer relationships and develop retention strategies
- Process payments and drive revenue opportunities
- Capture customer feedback and report back to management
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Dutch or German with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across languages
- Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly personality
- Ability to perform under pressure and think quickly
What We Offer:
- Full-time contract with 39 hours/week
- Salary: €20,349.77 gross per year
- Bonus of 600€ after 6 months and 125€ additional per month after 12 months
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid work model with 2 weeks fully office-based
