**Our Client**
The Harley Owners Group (HOG) Brand Ambassador is the voice of Harley-Davidson HOG customers and members.

**Role Overview**
The Brand Ambassador role represents the Harley-Davidson brand and its values through every customer interaction, maximizing the HOG member experience. Key characteristics include a passion for customer support, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong teamwork ethic.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its values.
• Assist and support customers with exceptional service.
• Manage customer relationships, focusing on developing and retaining customers and members.
• Ensure an optimum customer experience through every interaction.
• Process payments on behalf of HOG members.
• Drive revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
• Capture customer and member feedback for improved experience.
• Maintain and update HOG member records on Salesforce.
• Communicate effectively and accurately to customers and members.

**Requirements**
A fluent level of Dutch with exceptional grammar and spelling skills is required. A high level of English (written and spoken) is also necessary. Fluency in German is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across languages are essential. A positive, enthusiastic, and friendly personality with strong listening and influencing skills is required. Ability to perform under pressure and handle complaints and difficult customers is essential. Being passionate about motorcycles is a big plus.

**What We Offer**
A full-time contract with 39 hours of work per week, starting from September 9th. Salary: €20,349. #J-18808-Ljbffr
