At CPM International, we're seeking a passionate and driven individual to represent the Harley-Davidson brand and its values. As a Global Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the voice of Harley-Davidson HOG customers and members, providing exceptional service and support through every customer interaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a fluent level of Dutch or German, with excellent grammar and spelling skills, as well as a high level of English proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to think quickly and handle complaints and difficult customers.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Representing the H-D brand and its values
- Assisting and supporting customers with bespoke and exceptional service
- Managing customer relationships and developing and retaining customers and members
- Ensuring an optimum customer experience through every customer interaction
- Processing payments on behalf of HOG members
- Driving revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
- Capturing customer and member feedback and reporting back to management
We offer a temporary contract for 9 months, with a 1-month probation period. The full-time position comes with a salary of €20,349 and a 39-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
