The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partners Sales Executive to join our Partnerships team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for wellness providers across Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of prospective partners and understand their needs
  • Present the Wellhub solution and negotiate partnerships
  • Identify key influencers and decision-makers at target partners and engage with them
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential partners
  • Act as an owner to ensure successful partnerships launches and smooth handover processes
  • Sell quickly and in large volume to penetrate and drive business for Wellhub expansion
  • Consistently crush your quarterly sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so
Requirements
  • Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry preferred
  • Fluent and confident English and German language skills
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills
  • Ambitious and scrappy metrics-driven self-starter
  • Excited by the prospect of having 'hard conversations' with clients
  • Perpetually optimistic with no fear of rejection or pushbacks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Extremely coachable and excited by the prospect of change
  • Enthusiasm about helping people have a happier and healthier life
