The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partners Sales Executive to join our Partnerships team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for wellness providers across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of prospective partners, understanding their needs and presenting the Wellhub solution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers at target partners.
  • Continuously develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential partners and drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas, consistently crushing targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the regional Partner Sales Director and local German teams to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ambitious and scrappy metrics-driven self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Perpetually optimistic with no fear of rejection or pushbacks, and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Highly disciplined with an ability to effectively self-organise and efficiently prioritise.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package, including a Gold plan at no cost and premium plans significantly discounted.
  • A hybrid work arrangement with 2 days office and 3 days home office, plus a home office stipend and flexible work allowance.
