Job Description

We seek an experienced Strategic Finance Business Development Specialist to join our go-to-market team and contribute to our growth by connecting with prospective customers. This role requires motivated and ambitious individuals who can effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and identify suitable sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers for Abacum
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or events
  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Abacum provides
  • Meet and exceed both individual and team goals
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and activities in the CRM (Salesforce)
Requirements
  • Previous experience in SDR/BDR/AE outbound role
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a continuously evolving and quickly growing environment
  • Motivated, coachable, and determined individual to succeed at the task at hand
  • Impeccable work ethic - willing to go the extra mile
  • Native or high-level fluency communication in English (written and spoken)
