Drive Revenue Growth in Spain and France

OPSWAT is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Spain and France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through the recruitment and management of a value-added channel ecosystem.

Job Summary:

  • Build and scale a channel ecosystem;
  • Respond to inbound leads and manage them effectively;
  • Develop thought leadership and build relationships with partners, customers, and prospects;
  • Strategically target business opportunities in key verticals;
  • Meet or exceed $600,000 in annual revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience;
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a related field;
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
