We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our sustainability partnerships strategy and drive business growth through impactful collaborations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a globally impactful partnerships strategy that underpins NTT's sustainability commitments and organisational purpose.
- Oversee and activate the company's employee volunteering programme, enabling employee volunteer days to participate in strategic partnerships on a regional and local level.
- Establish a robust measurement framework with external verification to ensure all partnership and project outcomes and impacts can be consistently evaluated.
- Direct NTT's partnerships across the technology sector, including direct management of major partnerships, by creating and executing joint partner business plans with short and long-term horizons.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to activate, deliver and achieve sustained growth of employee volunteering to meet NTT's sustainability public ambitions.
- Well-developed culture-building skills, with the capability to evangelize the case for scalable partnership strategies and processes.
- Inspirational leadership skills, combining an entrepreneurial spirit with a high level of energy, dedication, and care for team members.
- Passion for sustainability and positive impact, and the role that technology and data can play in enabling a more sustainable future.
- Deep understanding of sustainability issues and how to commercialize them through positive collaborations.
- Ability to analyze reports and sustainability frameworks for risks and dependencies.
- Ability to manage multiple long-term projects with multiple stakeholders in an international context to achieve global impact.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or Business Operations.
- Relevant vendor certifications would be advantageous.
