**About Blu Selection:**
We are a global streaming company seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our viewers.
**Job Description:**
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone and/or chat regarding various queries and concerns.
- Offering account and application support to viewers, focusing on software functionality.
- Troubleshooting system configurations and network settings to resolve technical issues.
- Delivering accurate and timely responses to viewer inquiries.
**Requirements:**
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A native French speaker with an advanced level of English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a strong ability to learn quickly.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly advantageous.

- A competitive salary: 890€ base salary (14 times per year) + 100€ performance bonus (gross/month).
