About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Project Manager to join our CRM team at Docplanner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for co-building standardized systems and products that drive revenue growth within our fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-create and validate business ideas, improving and scaling them in collaboration with the cross-functional CRM team.
  • Test business ideas in real-life scenarios, executing experiments within our internal application and Sales, CS, and Finance processes.
  • Engage with current and prospective partners as a Product Expert, providing guidance and insights to customers and users.
  • Lead the onboarding of initial user groups, ensuring a smooth experience while actively gathering and analyzing feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Analyze product usage and customer feedback, providing actionable insights and ideas based on them.
  • Manage the backlog in collaboration with the Team Leader and Product Manager from the Revenue area.
Requirements
  • High level of energy, ownership, and strong communication skills.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project leadership, with strong knowledge of subscription management, billing, or payment systems, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze and synthesize product usage data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent project management capabilities - organized, systematic, and detailed with a focus on results.
  • Basic SQL knowledge and experience in designing UX and UI.
