About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel room revenue through effective pricing, rate parity distribution across all channels, and hotel inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing competitive sets, price positioning, and future market need periods.
  • Execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor the daily online pricing to ensure it aligns with pricing and sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on market and competitor developments to inform revenue management decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Concierge, and Front Desk, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Optimize and maintain revenue management systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and mentor team members on revenue management best practices and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Interact with guests to provide exceptional service and exceed their expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue and reservations.
  • Proficiency in booking systems, revenue management systems, GDS, OTA extranets, and channel managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
