Olala Homes is a rapidly expanding tech-enabled real estate management and hospitality company with headquarters in Barcelona. We are part of a hospitality group that oversees more than 1,200 accommodation units, including short-term rentals, hotels, and other unique stays, as well as 10 F&B assets, across multiple countries in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Our mission is to provide our guests with unique hospitality experiences while promoting an efficient and sustainable way of traveling with style.
Your Role- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Revenue Manager to contribute to our team's growth. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices to maximize growth in our business line of apartments, short-term rentals.
This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.
Your Journey- Develop and implement revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices to maximize growth.
- Monitor and forecast demand to ensure optimal availability and pricing throughout the year.
- Provide periodic dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends.
- Create and manage a 12-month rolling demand calendar.
- Track the evolution of sales and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Use analytical tools to maximize revenues and profits.
- Optimize the use of distribution channels to increase visibility and accessibility of properties in the global market.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Revenue, Sales, or a related field; a Master's degree in the field is preferred.
- Proven track record in a similar position in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in apartments and short-term rentals.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language, preferably Spanish or another European language.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interact with various levels both internally and externally.
- Self-starter, creative, and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
- Passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic, and energetic.
- Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes.
- Confident working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment.
