Revenue Pricing Manager:
Contribute to the development of budgetary objectives and the definition of the commercial action plan for future seasons. Ensure overall consistency of prices depending on the brand, label, region, customer, performance, and competition. Create rates for all the perimeter Espagne Andorre (PVP, Charter, WK, groups). Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, pricing, and market share. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives. Prepare and present revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Train and mentor junior revenue management staff to build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
Prepare and present revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Train and mentor junior revenue management staff to build a high-performing team.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in revenue management software and tools (e.g., RMS, PMS, CRS).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English.
