About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Project Manager to join our team who will be working cross-functionally on initiatives that align Sales and Customer Success operations and help Jameda's Go-To-Market strategy be operationalized with excellence, alignment, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue operations processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations, and implement best practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.
- System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools. Ensure these systems support global operations and are utilized effectively.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field. Proven experience in managing and leading complex projects in a global environment. Strong understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices.
