Position Overview:

In 2024, the focus of Revenue Operations is to enhance operational excellence in Go-To-Market strategies, facilitate business scaling through effective tools and processes, and empower teams with strong business partnership and enablement. We are seeking a proficient Senior Revenue Operations expert to join our organization, collaborating on Sales and Customer Success initiatives, managing operational tools and processes, and extracting valuable insights from our internal data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Insights: Conduct thorough analysis of revenue operations data to uncover trends, insights, and potential areas for enhancement. Leverage data to inform decision-making and project initiatives.
  • System Oversight: Manage the deployment and upkeep of revenue operations systems and tools, ensuring they effectively support global operations.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to guarantee alignment and integration of revenue operations initiatives.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within global revenue operations, adopting best practices.
  • Reporting: Create and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training and Support: Offer training and assistance to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems introduced as part of revenue operations initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar field.
    • A solid understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
    • Proficiency in SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Excellent communication skills, characterized by clarity, active listening, and effective presentation abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing empathy, relationship building, and conflict resolution.
    • Ability to influence without direct authority and foster consensus across various departments.
    • Creative problem-solving skills with the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
    • High level of initiative and proactivity, with the ability to foresee challenges and advance projects independently.
