Your Mission

This role sits within our Operations division, specifically supporting The Hopper team, a service function providing Creativity, Intelligence and Business Development capabilities to The Workshop and affiliated brands by identifying and nurturing top ideas, products and services to drive business growth across B2B SaaS, digital entertainment and digital assets sectors.

As a key member of The Hopper's Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) team, reporting directly to the Head of Portfolio Delivery, you will provide comprehensive support to the leadership team, enabling them to enhance productivity and efficiency. Strong interpersonal skills are vital for this role, as effective teamwork is crucial for our business success.

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions with high professionalism and confidentiality. You will be organized, detail-oriented and able to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Portfolio Delivery and Senior Director in resolving day-to-day business matters.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency within The Hopper Leadership team.
  • Collaborate with The Hopper Leadership Team to define calendar content and plan logistics for regular meetings and events.
  • Support the organization of internal events and Town Halls, establishing best practices for successful events.
  • Proactively provide meeting minutes/reports and maintain up-to-date records, including action lists and project logs.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of business documentation and filing systems.
  • Draft and create presentations and other meeting materials.
  • Monitor the operational budget.
  • Provide support with ad-hoc projects, when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as may be required.

Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Salary Estimate: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
